VDS GROEP T are a team of twelve motivated engineering students and three research students from GROEP T University College in Leuven, Belgium. Each team member has its own responsibility in different domains. The three VDS GROEP T departments are organised according to the three main objectives of this year.
The VDS GROEP T Teamleider, Arthur Vijghen, coordinates the three departments, is resonsible for everything that concerns VDS GROEP T, the VISION GT and business relations, and is the external contact person for the whole team. The teamleader is also our P.R. person.
The Innovation departement is divided in the three most innovative sub systems of our VISION. Three team managers are responsible for the development of the vehicle frame, the electric motor, and the motor controller. They coordinate, handle the planning and technical process, and are connected to other VDS Teams around the world.

The Integration department develops and build the VISION GT prototype. Managed by our technical integration manager, Pieter Roels, the VISION GT embodies the research and engineering level that VDS GROEP T have reached so far.

The Marketing departement is a necessary department to work as a team, and to realise VDS GROEP T and the car they build on. The people behind the marketing are responsible for succesfull events - at partners, the end event, and technical events. They also connect to all institutes, raise funding, and make sure that the financial budget is right. VDS GROEP T will organise three major events in 2008-2009; two networking events and one big end event. In 2009-2010 VDS GROEP T will attend the Zero Rally Africa.
